  1. Hi, Have a situation wherein got a citation in 2003 for non-traffic violation. This was an infraction and case was dismissed by the judge. Paid fines and case was dismissed/dropped. Since this case was dropped, I never reported this on my H-1 applications or Green card in the last 15 years. Never had any issue or got any RFE even once for this or any other issues. This never was a problem in any of my previous applications, I did not check Yes for citation in N-400 application. Have my citizenship interview in upcoming week. Since this was almost 17 years ago, should I talk about this during my interview? My view is to disclose it and accept it as a mistake on my end. Would highly appreciate if anyone can please comment on this or help with similar experience?
