Is Coronavirus Stimulus Payment will be consider as Public Charge for Green card??

I think lot of H1b holders got Stimulus Payment via direct deposit and now there is no clear picture from USCIS that this will or can be consider as Public charge for Green card purpose.Can someone from Murthy team provide a clear picture on this? Thanks
