I have been charged with Drinking Alcohol in National Park, Simple Assault and Disorderly behavior, when I was with my GF at WA national park. After Negotiations they suggesting to plead guilty for disorderly behavior (with $200 fine only) and other charges will be dismissed. Does Pleading guilty for disorderly behavior impact immigration status (visa extension, perm GC etc) ? is it a good deal to go ahead with it ?
