We have applied H4 and H4 EAD renewal on March 30th, now we have received receipts on Apr 4th 2020. I539- Fingerprint fee was received. I765- Case was Received My question is what is next process, do we need to go for Biometric? per USCIS website says due to COVID-19 they plan to use the existing biometric info. In my case, we gave biometric in India during the H4 stamping. Are they going to consume those details? Note: H1B already approved in this case.

it looks like they are returning the applications due to change in the public charge policy in effect. Due to that there is a change in the forms or some extra forms we need to submit that we are not using the medicare or some public funds.

same here I have applied h1b extn on 2/21 in premium but no receipts and no checks cashed..wondering why is it happening?

H4 Personal need to attend consulate for stamping to get it extended with new i797 petition.Automatic revalidation not possible in this case since transfer approved with the new employer.

Currently, My Spouse has H4 and EAD valid until June 2020, we are planning to apply H4 and EAD along with my h1b in premium process. As I aware H4 and EAD won't fall under the premium process. My question is does my spouse need to go through biometric? As we already have h4 and EAD.
