    My H1B visa is going to expire in March 2020 which is also maxing out at the same time. Due to this I am planing to go India by end of Jan 2020. I would like to know, if My employer file extension from India after 1 year of cooling period under exempt, would this reset my H1B 6 year clock? Has anyone gone through same kind of situation?
