  3. my i-94 expired on 4th April 2019. My Extension with current employer A is already filed on March 4th 2019. Employer B transferred my visa after I-94 expiry on 26th August 2019. My extension with employer A is still in progress(normal processing)recently received RFE and i am still working for employee A under 240 days grace period. we are yet to respond ,mean while transfer with employer B got approval after RFE submission on transfer (I-797A)for 3 years based on my approved I-140. I got a new i-94 from Sept 16th 2019 till 2022. My question is can i join Employer B now without stamping and also what happens to the time between 4th April 2019 and sept 16 2019 which is not on I-94. thanks a lot for your responses.Looking for guidance. regards.
