  1. Hi Everyone, I applied for H1b(New) in 2019. I was working as a contractor(EVC MODEL (Employer- Vendor - Client) ) for both Client A and Client B. When I applied for H1b(Initial) I was working with Client A and project got ended in April. In the month of June 2019, I moved to client B. Then I applied for new LCA with Client B in Premium processing. Now the New LCA and petition both got approved and the Initial h1(Client A application) is still pending. Can anyone let me know what are the chances for approval for Client A application? I would like to know whether my h1b is valid or not? Thanks, Murali

  3. Hi, I'm a consultant and work in different client locations through consulting company, my employer. I'm in a very critical situation now as I have applied H1B with LCA with an end client location A. Now, I'm working with client B in the different project was over with client A. My question is.. can't we amend the LCA with new client information and continue the petition (H1B process). If we can amend LCA, I can provide all the documents requested by USCIS from client B (my current client).. Have anyone ever faced this type of situation? Thanks & Regards, Murali
