  1. My H1B extension is pending with USCIS ( from last 340 days) mean while my employer applied for PERM and I-140 got approved last month and other hand i am completing my 6 years in next two months. Now i converted my H1-B extension is premium. Question: 1. Is there any possibilities that i will get approval beyond 6 years? or i would get it only for 2 months as i am completing my 6 years in 2 months. 2. Would USCIS some how know that i have I-140 approved? but my Employer didn't send my I-140 approval copy during my RFE response saying it doesn't help as dates mentioned in my H1B extension petition documents is until my 6 year completion.
  2. My H1-B Extension +Amendment case has got in to RFE status and RFE has been submitted and currently pending with USCIS. Meanwhile i am completing my 240 days in a week. So my question is Am i eligible to continue to work beyond 240 days? As my case is Extension +Amendment. Thanks, Anand
