The salary stated in my LCA is lower than agreed upon with me, my employer says he can only pay me the salary stated in the LCA on a regular basis, and withhold the difference and pay me later as a bonus or something.
1. Is this correct that he cannot pay more than stated in LCA?
My location is about to change and role too, and my salary will increase significantly. My employer says he will file for an amendment and increase the salary on the amendment, but cannot start paying the new salary till we receive the receipt for the same.
2. Is this correct that he cannot pay till we get the acknowledgement receipt?
