Hello All I have been working with Employer A from 2015 and my current visa expired in Feb 2018, Employer A has filed for an extension in Oct 2017 (Regular Processing) and this petition is still pending with USCIS (Received an RFE after Employer B petition received an RFE). Meanwhile i have got an new opportunity with Employer B and Employer B has filed for a Transfer(Premium Processing) after my I-94 has expired. I understand this is a bridge petition that was filed and i started working for B on receipt number. I have received an RFE for my Transfer Petition stating that there is an RFE that was issued to my prior extension petition and that has to be cleared before they could proceed with this transfer petition. 1. As i'm currently working for Employer B on the transfer receipt, Should i ask my previous employer (A) to withdraw my extension? 2. What happens after Employer A withdraws my petition? Do i move to out of status? 3. Can i continue to work with Employer B after Employer A withdraws petition? 4. What would be the next steps? Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks
