  1. Hi, I'm working on OPT ext and I signed an employment agreement with my employer, during the time of my H1B filing (which was eventually denied), which states that I cannot go for fultime to the client until 1 year after I quit with my current employer. But the client and my Employer don't have such agreement. Is this agreement valid and can my Employer sue me and will my action of moving to client for fultime be accountable by this agreement, under court of law?
