Hello, ... Looking for experts advice on my situation below - My parents are visiting from india on B1/B2 visa and my father's visa is expiring in March 2018. I am a US Citizen and would like to apply for his green card. My questions are : 1. How long does it take to get the green card if i file it in USA vs in India ? Is there a benefit for filing it in USA... like getting it quicker compared to filing it in India? 2. What forms & Supporting documents are required for processing it in USA... Do i need to pay fees for both i-485 and i-130 ... How much would it cost me for filing? 3. Since his visa is expiring in March ... do i need to submit another extension for B1/B2 as well?
