  1. UPDATE: i94 expiration date is : 10/10/2018
  2. Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking time to respond to my question. My sister's H1B was revoked on June 2nd,2018 and the 60 day period ended on Aug 2nd, 2018. However she was offered a job with a new employer on July 31st but H1B was filed after the 60 day grace period. Notice for receipt for new H1B was received on August 14th, 2018. Attorney informed us that the H1B was filed under Consular Processing in California Service Center. My sister started working for the new employer is this legally allowed. Please suggest on the possible alternatives and solutions for the current situation. i94 Admit until date is showing as "D/S"
  3. Hi, I am currently working for Employer A at client location XYZ, my H1B Transfer Petition to Employer B (Full Time) was approved on Oct 23,2018. Employment Start Date with Employer B was agreed to be Dec 10,2018 My Question is can I continue with my Current Employer until Dec 9th, 2018 and then start with Employer B on Dec 10th, 2018. (I have to give my current Employer A a notice before I resign). Thanks S
  4. Am i allowed to work for Employer A for that 2 weeks of notice period after my H1B transfer is approved?
  5. My H1B transfer has been initiated from company A to company B. After transfer is approved, can I give my current employer 2 weeks notice and continue working for company A, until my start date at Company B. For eg: I am approved for my H1B Transfer on Dec 1st, can i give notice to my current employer notice on Dec 1st and quit on Dec 15th, to join Company B after Dec 15th? Please suggest, I am worried that if H1B transfer is denied, giving notice prior to approval might put me at risk at Employer A.
