  5. Hi I have got below message after sending the MTR for a denied H1B On June **, 2017, we reopened your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number ******, and mailed you a notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your reopening notice by July **, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. Also I have the message as 'We reopened your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, and are reconsidering our earlier decision' But there is no change in my MTR receipt, except for a message of Receipt of MTR few months back.
