  1. Hi, I have approved I-140 from my previous employer with SOC Code (say A). I switched to another company where my transfer was applied in same SOC code(A). Now I am applying my extension (post 6 years completion and based on approved I-140 from previous employer) and wanted to know if extension can be filed on different SOC code or its advised same SOC code should be used? Please note my job duties are still same but title is different which is leading to different SOC Code.
  2. Hi, My wife's current EAD is getting expired in August and we applied for renewal in April 2017. It was approved in May and status changed to 'New Card Is Being Produced' but its been over 2 months but card is not mailed or received. We have already called USCIS and raised query and awaiting response. What are the options now? Can she continue working with approval receipt till actual card is received?
  3. Hi If I140 has been approved from previous employer (A) for more than 180 days and employer A withdraws it, are we eligible for extensions based on previous approved I140 even if new employer (B) does not file for GC within the approved H1B period(say 3 years)? Also if I140 was approved from employer A, i switch to employer B and get approval for 3 years. Employer B does not file for GC so I switch to employer C, will my previously approved I140 be still valid for approval beyond 6 years?
  4. For Question 4, if I140 has been approved from previous employer (A) for more than 180 days and employer withdraws it, are we still eligible for extensions based on previous approved I140 even if new employer (B) does not file for GC?
