  1. Hi All, I have a similar case here. I have valid visa from previous employer A till Jun-2018. And I got H1-B extension till Oct 2020 from my new employer B. Am applying H4 visa for my spouse now. While she appears for interview, I will provide my new H1-B petition packets, new I797 photocopy and I94 photocopy. During interview, will she be questioned for not having new visa stamped on my passport?
  2. Hi, This thread is really helpful for couple of years now. I just wanted to know if there is any change in policy. My Question - I transferred my H1-B from Employer A to Employer B. My visa on passport is stamped till Jul,2018 from previous Employer(A). After H1-B is transferred, my I-797A notice shows validity from Oct,2016 to Oct,2017. Am travelling to India by May,2017 and return on June,2017. While returning to USA, do I need to get my passport re-stamped with current Employer's(B) details?
