Hello, I am traveling to India next week and i have my interview on April 18th. This is the 1st time i am attending the interview since i got my first H1B ( Currently on H1B extension). I am working on EVC model and i have all the letters ( Employer, Vendor, Client, LCA Document: SOC code 15-1132, MSA document). Do i need to carry any other additional documents ?

4) New H1 may start immediately or may start after the current H1 expires, it is upto USCIS. Even i am planning to visit India in nov 2016 and my situation is similar to you My 1st H1B started Oct 2015 - Sep 2016, But i applied for extension in April 2016 so i got my new extension from May 2016 - May 2017 (It didn't start from Oct 2016). Even i am in dilemma whether to Visit India in Nov without applying for extension or apply before leaving. Kuruganti: Let me know if you get any update
