Hello, I am travelling to India in Feb '16 and my current approved petition is valid till June '16. So when i go to visa stamping, will the VO cause any issue pointing our that there is only 4 months of validity left on the petition? Some more information - I completed almost 4 yrs out of 6 yrs H1 period. Changed two employers since Sep 2014 (stamped visa was valid till sep 2014). Current project is on a Employer-Vendor-Client system, all three parties are reputed enough. Comments/advice/suggestions please.
