My PD(Oct2013) date is current as per date, if i file i-824(action on approved application) to convert my i-140-adjustment of status to consular processing and assuming it gets approved in 14months, whether my PD to file GC will be still valid?

Hi, I had my h1b visa stamping done in hyd last week, VO asked about my school and gave me 221g white slip, I done my schooling masters in US in 2008, my I-140 is approved, no idea y he gave me 221g, any suggestion till when I can get my visa, VO return back my passport, don't take any document nor asked any doc related to my h1b. Please give me suggestion did anyone face this kind of processing.

Hi, I had my h1b stamping for second time in hyderabad, I went to US on F1 in 2007, this was my second h1b stamping but visa officer asked about my school and gave me 221g white receipt for administration process, my I-140 is approved but I got 221g due to my school, visa officer returned my passport back, any suggestion till when I can get my visa, can I apply for h1b after a month?
