Well i dont think your case would be reported to Interpol . If interpol has your case it may be reflected in US port of entry or Indian immigration before traveling.

You will not have issues in IS port of entry as this is a case in india. You will have to mention you are arrested if asked in visa applications to any country

If he is not fingerprinted he should be ok. The case will not pop in port of entry or consulate. But for visa interview has to mention about the arrest record
