Need urgent help as H1 dates are closing. Here are my details Labor Date of acceptance of processing: March 24th 2005 Date of approval/certification: Aug 10 2007 140 APPROVAL NOTICE DATE: MAY 27, 2008 H1B on H1B from 2000 till Nov 2011; currently have B1 multiple entry visa. out of US since 2011. Based on this GC status , Am I eligible for H1B Exempt Quota? then should I apply for new H1B to enter US?

Thanks. Yes I am on EB3. I checked online and I140 is still active so I should be Exempt. How to find out if my PD is current or not? sometimes the visa bulletin info is not same as what PD is currently getting processed. What I should do regarding GC as I need to enter US with different employer.
