  1. Hi bmmr, My Employer informed that they have checked MTR and Appeal while submitting the form. Might the officer is not convinced with the MTR so would have forwarded to the appeal. Any idea guys as how much time it might take for them to respond? Anyone in my position earlier?
  2. Hello All, I have received an update on my case saying "We sent your Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal to the Commissioner, to the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) for review" Not sure as how much time they need now? Processing timelines says 6 months and in some forums people are waiting for more than 18 months. No HOPE left.
  3. No response yet. Its almost 4 months now, so asked my Employer to raise the service request. It got raised last week but still no change in status yet.
  4. Guys, Any update on anyone's MTR? When can we hear from USCIS once the service request is raised? Is there any timeline mentioned?
  5. sandeep.muthadi@gmail.com Hi Sandeep, Is there any update for your case?
  6. Congratulations Mr. Reddy :) For such long painful wait, you received Fruitful fruit... Enjoy and All the Best :)
  7. Good to hear that you H1 case got reopened... ALL THE BEST. BTW, why it is showing under Post Decision Activity when there is no decision taken yet?
  8. Sailing on the same boat... MTR applied on November 10, 2014 and no updates after that. Have you old receipt # has reopened? If yes, can you let me know the date of reopen...
  9. Good that you case got reopened... So far I understand, there are two steps once you request for MTR... Step 1: They will re-open your old case are start looking into it. Step 2: Based on your application and other documents along with MTR, they will analyse and take decision. Not sure as how much time they might take to give the decision. ALL THE BEST :)
  10. Yeah i have to request for the same. But looking at few cases, it seems it takes more time than 3 months time.
  11. Hi Sandeep, What was your denial reason? Have you or you employer got chance to call USCIS for the status as it is more than 90 days... Thanks
  12. Hello All, Firstly, Congratulations to all who were unlucky and got lucky through MTR approvals. I also travel in the same state and below are the details: On 07-Oct-14 Denial notice in regards to the reason of Specialty occupation On 10-Nov-14 MTR raised and New receipt number issued From then there are no change of status both in Old and New receipt numbers. I can see people whose MTRs are raised after Nov 10th, got reopened and got decisions too for few.. not sure why its getting delayed in my case... Is their any one who is in the same situation??? Please respond? Lets hope for the best... Thanks
