  2. Hello all, My H1 b got denied on specialty occupation reason, my employer applied MTR on nov 18 . My employer is not sharing the new reciept number. My old reciept shows the below status. Can anyone let me know what does this mean. Is my case got re-opened or not am in confusion. On December 8, 2014, we transferred your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number WAC#, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by January 7, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
