Hi All, I am nearing my L1A max out by April 2018 and my company said they will not file L to H this year as I am already in 6/7 year by Oct 2017. 1. What are my possibilities to extend my stay. 2. Can I ask my company to apply for I140 EAD under compelling reasons by Jan 2018 and extend my stay(As per new rule I140 EAD and Significant disruption to the employer)?
