  1. Thank you Ashuneel for the information , I was not arrested I was just given ticket to pay the fine.
  2. @kbn I am in the same boat , my RFE response was sent on time but USCIS updated one day late and it said " RFE response received" , after 2 days it got updated to " Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It" .

My current STEM OPT ends on July 7th, I haven't heard any news on my H1B petition(unlucky on 3rd time as well),what happens if my H1b application is still in 'Filed' Status after July 7th in my case,Can I work until I wait for my rejection packet to arrive,because previous two years i received my rejected in lottery notice's on July 20th and July 26th respectively. Please recommend.

Hi , Currently I am in OPT,I recently got a speeding citation to home mailing address from a county in DFW area TEXAS,stating that I am driving 32 MPH in 20 MPH zone.So i called to the number on the citation and payed the fine of $240 and they closed my citation. my question is ,will this have any consequences on H1 visa,My employer is planning to file my H1 this april 2015.Do i need to say YES in ds160 if it asks for have you every been convicted or arrested etc. Thanks
