  1. Hello All, Background: I was in US for about 9 years. 3 Years on F1 and 6 years on H1B with multiple employers. During My H1b 4-6 yr, my employer has applied PERM and I-140 and it was approved, later my H1B extension was denied by USCIS, given my university is a for Profit university. I was a Manger during that time with 2 people reporting to me. After My H1B Denial , My manager was good enough to re-create the same position in Canada and i moved to Canada and worked there as a manager with 2 direct reports. (note the direct reports are in US, but am in a manager position in Canada, worked in Canada for about 15 months in same position). Current Situation: I am on L1A VISA in USA working for same employer in same Manager position and the same 2 people reporting to me. If My employer wants to hire a Manager , Given above situation is my position qualified for EB1.

    EB2 Eligibility

5 years was.. ( 2 yrs of cpt approx) 1 yr on opt and 2 yrs on h1 with current company.... So I guess I can only apply for Bachelors with 1 yr exp, as current emp exp does not count when applying for GC

    EB2 Eligibility

Hello All, I have a Question on EB2 eligibility when filing GC in my case. I have a bachelors degree from INDIA and master degree from USA. Also i have 5 years of experience in the same field. My masters degree is from a un accredited university. So i clearly understand that i cannot use that degree towards anything, but While i was pursuing my masters, i worked on part time cpt for 22 months. My questions is can i use this experience when i am/ my employer is filling GC.
