Hi, I am on L1 and my visa as well as I129S expired last year. I am on I94 currently. My wide applied L2 from india and got the visa last week. 1)Can I apply EAD for her, with my I94 once she is back? 2)Can I apply EAD for her, with my I94 even when she is in india? Regards, Neeraj
