  1. Hi guys, Just wanted to let you know that my I-797 got approved in Dec 2015. I applied for MTR in Sep 2014. So, it was a 14 month wait. Having the right attorney and legitimate paperwork is key for getting your petition approved. I will you all good luck and hope each one of your case gets approved. Best, BMMR
  2. Hi Balki, I am in the US. We provided the necessary information that USCIS was asking for. So, hoping for the best.
  3. Congrats rkh1bAppeal. My MTR filed in Nov 2014 is still in initial review. Hopefully, they make a decision soon.
  4. I have been waiting for the past 10 months. Some folks have received decision as early as in 3 months while some have been waiting for as long as 10-12 months. It depends. Good luck.
  5. Hi rkh1bAppeal, Did you hear anything back from USCIS on your MTR? I haven't and still waiting. BMMR
  6. Hi Sandeep, Did you hear back from USCIS yet on your MTR?
  7. Hi Sandeep, Did you apply for MTR? in which service center? I am waiting on my MTR since Nov 2014 at Vermont service center.
  8. Hi Sankmr, I hope you get a decision soon. Did you actually file for an MTR or an appeal?
  9. Hi Sahara, My close friend is also in a similar situation as you were. Can you please let us know what happened to your case and how did you tackle this issue? Thanks,
  10. Hi Sahara and ImmigrationQS, My close friend is also in a similar situation as you were. She also received notice of intent to deny her H-4 extension from USCIS as VCC submitted a false Bank statement on her behalf which were completely unaware of. Notice says that since beneficiary sought to procure a change in his non immigrant status by presenting a fraudulent document, he is inadmissible to the united states under section 212 (a) (6) © (i) of the act We would really appreciate if you can share some information about what happened in your case. Thanks,
