  1. well my responsibilities are more or less similar. what exactly did you imply by amendment. like amending the h1b petition. also sharepoint is a subset of software developer role as per department of labor. Any advice would be appreciated.
  2. Hi, I have a visa interview schedule in Toronto Canada. This would be my first H1-B visa stamping. I've completed my Master and work directly to my employer. Could you let me know if the below documents are sufficient to take with me for my VISA Interview - I-797 (original) last 2 months bank statements Two passport size photos(2X2) Original passport last 6-months pay stubs employment verification letter DS160 Appointment letter W2 forms LCA - Photo Copy I-129 letter - Photo Copy Please do let me know if i'm missing any required documentation for the interview.   3. Hi folks, I have my visa appointment in canada, and going through the forum i see the the visa officer sometime asks for i129 petition letter and LCA. Currently i have the i129 letter and LCA as Attested copies from my attorney. I think the original is submitted to USCIS. Is that the case with everyone else ? do we need originals in any case for i129 petition letter or LCA? appreciate you responses.

    Job Title Changed - H1 B

    HI, I'm a student who recently changed my status to h1 b. my job title in my company was "web software developer" and my H1- B petition letter also has the same title. recently i applied for an internal posting in my company and my new title is "sharepoint Developer". Im planning to go to visa stamping in Canada, but my employment verification letter has my title as "sharepoint developer". would this be of any concern. my project and company are the same just job title changed. any help would be appreciated. thanks
