    H1B Stamping

Hello, I got laid off in March 2018 by Employer A. I was able to find a job with Employer B by May. Employer B has initiated H1B transfer in May. Got an RFE and the attorney responded. Currently waiting for approval. In the meantime i saw that Employer A revoked my H1. Does it have any effect on the transfer? Also i have my stamping till March 2020. Do i need to go for stamping again?

    H1B Laid Off - Options

Hello All, My company recently went through layoffs and i was impacted. I`ve been trying my best to find a new employer/job before 60 days. In case i dont find anything, is it ok for me to apply for a masters degree and change my status to F1. This university offers CPT. Also if i a find a job in the near future, will there be any issues filing for H1 again? I`m totally confused and lost. Any help would be really appreciated.
