My H1B Amendment ( NOT EXTENSION ) applied on 7th August 2015 . I got a RFE on my H1B amendment on 14th March 2016. I have to reply for RFE by 25th May 2016. I am planning to visit India on 15th April for my brother’s marriage and coming back 6th May 2016. I have H1B petition and visa stamping till 10th Nov 2016 on my passport. Can I visit to India and reply for RFE after that ?

Hi, I am working for company A and I have applied for H1B transfer to two different companies B and C. Lets say the H1B visa from A to B gets approved and I join company B. After that , if H1B visa from A to C also gets approved, (after I join , can I still join company C ? Please reply ASAP. Its very urgent pleaseee.. Thanks

Hi, Please help me to find solution for my below situation. I am working with Camp A. My Current H1B VISA is valid with Comp A till 11 Dec 2013. Comp B filed my H1 B transfer and extension.Assume my H1B transfer is approved with comp B and I can join Comp B from 12th Dec 2013. But due to Contract agreement between me and Comp A, I can't Join Comp B till 18th Dec 2013. So If I am leaving Comp A on 11th Dec 2013 and Joing Comp B on 19th Dec 2013. then what will be my status between 11th to 18th Dec ? Note - I have H1B approved with comp B. Thanks
