  1. Hi My current h1b going to expire on 7/27/21, so I applied extension in premium and got rfe. But I need to travel to India I'm this month due to family emergency, so my questions are 1. Can I travel to India and answer the rfe from India , and wait for approval and getting stamped? 2 can travel India and getting stamped on existing approval petition till 7/27/21, and come back to us in June and respond the rfe? Can any pls suggest me

    Vistor Visa Extension

    Hi , We are also same boat, my mother 1yr is going to compete by jan 15th. So can some one suggest , can we submit another extension beyond 1yr or we can wait 240 day same as other extensions? Thanks
  3. Hi , My I-797 is expired on 17-july, But I-94 is valid till 27th July. my employer is going to file my extension before I-94 expired. So 1. i am eligible to work till I-94 valid ? 2, if not , eligible to work after got receipt number or approval notice ? thanks
  4. Hi, My H1B approved in 2012 cap and got stamped in india in Feb'13. i was travel to USA in MArch'13. But today (14th jun 2013) i received a folowing mail from uscis. Is any one have idea on this? Application Type: I129 , PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER Your Case Status: Acceptance On June 14, 2013, a duplicate notice was mailed to you regarding a decision on this case, or describing how we will process the case if it is still pending. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your case is at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. If this I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER is still pending, you will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move and this case is still pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. During the acceptance step USCIS reviews newly received applications and petitions to ensure that they are properly filed (i.e. signed by the applicant, appropriate fees, etc.) USCIS issues a receipt number for the application or petition, and sends a receipt notice to the applicant or petitioner. Applications and petitions that are not properly filed are rejected with an explanation of why the application is rejected and the corrective action needed. Rejected applications or petitions do not retain their filing date. The acceptance step is typically completed within 2 business days of when the application is received. With mail time it may take several weeks for you to get the receipt or rejection notice in the mail.     L1- H1B process & L1 extn

    Hi, my L1 is going to expire on july 12. So i am in confusion to take a decession, so can some body clarify my doubts. 1 i am going to complete my stay in US in current L1 is 32 months by july, i was out of US for 4 months in current L1, so my question here is in case my L1 extention got rejected, i can claim the non staying period (4months) in my current L1 i can ? 2. i can apply L1 extn & H1B both in parallel? 3. My current companey A is going to file L1 extn & can i file the H1B with compeny B? 4. i can file L1 extn & H1b through company A and apply one more H1B through company B? Can any body guide me ASAP?
