Hello All, After 5 months visa is approved and back to US. When for vacation in India ..went for stamping ..on model EVC .. Delhi consulate . Asked following questions : Following are questions : 1) who is your employeer 2) you work for employer or Client ? 3) if client then which client and what is the address . 4) is he direct client if not who is in between ? 5) they ask letter from employer to uscis. 6) how you communicate with employer manager 7) who took your interview employer or client? 8) when you took days off to whom you communicated -- client or employer? 9) did ur employer gave traning ? And Vo told me if I want to think abt my future and all i should change my employer .. and after 1 month i recd letter that my case is sent back to uscis . ~~~SO I changed my employer to vendor . ...and went again for interview Delhi consulate .. ~~~~ Q: Which Company are you working for Q: is it small company ,how many employess ? Q:Where you will be sitting onsite Or Offsite ? When I said..I will be sitting at my employer place ..she asked me Q: is it internal project ? Ans :I said I will be working for and at employer but giving services to client. Q: She again ask ..SO you will be sitting at your employer place ? Ans : Yes Q: what is you role/responsibilty ? Q: where is your employer situated ? ANs .... Q:What is the highest Qualification? Ans : MS in CS She took my passport and kept all documents .. Q: Is USCIS Letter in the documenst Ans Yes . I asked her do i need to call or mail consulate to get the status ..she said No..We will let you know .. Then She said if it get approved we will send it in 5 days ...Then after 1 month WAIT... I got my visa stamped . ~~~~Please let me know if any one has any questions ...will be happy to help ...

I know we can get visitor visa while we 221g on H1..But my quetsion is -- Can we enter US on visiotr visa at the same time 221g admin process is going on H1 .. Will visiting US on visiotr visa Afftect h1 ??also I know we cannot work is Us .. but after visiting Usa once I am back can i start working back on H1 ( remotely ) ?? Please Let me know asap .

Hi ..I have a question ... If Husband has file his I485 and EAD ..Can spuouse file EAD antime later even if PD has rettrogressed ? Or do she has to apply I 485 simountaneouly ?

yup you are right ...after calling/mailing 10 times to VFS ..at last i called embassy directly and found out that covering letter to DHs/uscis at time of petition is DHS Letter ..and irony is this ..i already submitted that at time of interview ...

I got an email to submit DHS Letter ..Any one know what it is or have any template .. Please reply asap ..if anyone has any clue ??

No I didnt get any 221g...my passport is with them ...it is h1 renewal Ec model.

Employer or client ? 1) Client will give you the laptop and software. one more question you might face is is Client using any of your company softwares ??\ which is no... when you said above ..is it not legal ( as said in E-E memorandum ) that employer provide laptop and software to consultnt ? how did you get to above answer i.e client providing laptop/software (did u ask any lawyer )? agree with Joe... just ask for whom he is reffrening client or employer...Please ask lawyer or advance member too

Hi Diorsdune I just started the process ...it will take some time ..i think end of Jan..i guess..wht @ u ? I am just worried as EC model too are getting 221g ... it is bcoz of indian company or American company ..do u have any idea?
