Hi Attorneys, My I485 is pending for two years. I have EAD/AP. I am working on H1B with my GC sponsored company. I have EB3 and EB2 with them. Initially filed with downgrade EB3 . Now a week back interfiled I485J to change into EB2(one week old). My Priority date might become current in May visa bulletin under India EB2. Now I have another job offer with company B. Can I change the job now using AC21? what are y options?

I had H1 b approved in 2008. I never entered using that H1. But now I entered with L1 with another company. I have applied for COS from L1 to H1 using cap exempt using my okd H1B.. now, If that H1 would have been revoked, will USCIS consider my cap exempt or , I should wait for the new H1 quota?. My H1 COS is in processing status in normal processing. Please experts answer.
