@dragonfly24: You might have read in many posts, that there is no definite timeline for the Consulate to get back to us. In this thread, I believe, few got mail from Consulate in 2 weeks, and few in 3 weeks. All the best.

March 5th 221g Tracker Update: I think 6 of us got 221g on March 5th. 4 of us received email to drop the passport.

Yes, I got an email from Consulate on Thursday (15th March), to drop the Passport on Friday bet' 2 and 3 PM. I think, about 9 of us received email to drop the passport. Few of us got 221g on 5th March and few of'em got on 27th Feb.

Hi guys, For few of you, the client has replied to Consulate's mail. Any updates on your 221g?.

I went on Feb 17th, got my Canadian Visitor Visa the same day in Detroit. I believe from March 13th, they wont do the same day process. If you are planning before 13th, go to the consulate before 8am.

All, Did your client, Vendor, or employer receive any email from the consulate?. I checked with my employer and client, they did not get any. I Got the white one. EC model.

In the same boat, I got 221g White today(March 5th, Ottawa). I gave my Pay stubs, I-797, LCA, Client Letter and Employer Letter.
