My current employer has sponsored GC and my labor got approved 2 weeks back. My GC was submitted under EB-2 category. When they submit the advertisement, our company lawyer has mentioned that they need 10 years of experience for my position.
Based on the details I collected from murthy forum, 5 years of experience is sufficient for EB2 cases.
I am wondering this scenario will create problem to my I-140 application. I have got valid 10 years of experience.
My doubt is... if the company's Job requirement says 10 years of experience, will it be eligible for valid EB2 requirement?
Please help. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
