Hello team. I am on h1b and my employer is going to submit h1b amendment. And also going to submit H4 too. My wife is planning to travel to India in 2 months. When she fills ds-160 can she use my H1b that is current until Jan 2024 But let's say before she goes to the visa Dropbox. My h1b that is under amendment get approved. Would embassy give her visa based on h1b that is on Ds-160 or they would give her visa based on h1b that is going to approved by amendment. I appreciate any help.
