Hi, We have 2 pending H4 applications with my current employer (both h1b are approved) because my previous h1b approved for 46 days only and h4 still pending due to bio-metrics. Again my current employer applied H1b extension and it is approved and h4 still pending. Now I have approved H1B transfer but not yet received h4 notices. My wife and son i-94 expired and waiting for h4 approvals. How many h4 can be in process at the same time? Is it safe to move to new employer without receiving h4 notice? Thanks AR

I am on the same boat. My H1b Extension Premium processing applied in Feb 2020 last week (Feb 26th), But still haven't received my receipt number. my employer says that the fee didn't get deducted from their account. I am worried now. Please share your suggestion.

I am worried and my attorney says USCIS running behind on issuing receipt notices. Anyone facing any delays in getting Receipt number? Please share your suggestion.
