Hello My brother has filed a petition in Dec 2012 and I was a Single at that time. My petition - I130 got approved in Jan 2016. I got married in the year 2015 and no kids right now. 1) Do I need to inform / include my wife in the approved petition right now or I can do that when the priority date is current? 2) What are the documents required to inform / update them? 3) Do my brother need to submit an additional I130 and pay any additional fees?
