    I am also in same situation. Cited in san jose. Got 637b citation ticket i have hired criminal defense attorney to get my case dismissed and removed. I am in process of getting my I140 applied got Perm approved. Will there be issues with h1b visa extension or GC process? Can i get my arrest record cleared if my case is dropped? Please reply
