Hello forum, I received an employment offer from a university (cap exempt H1b). These H1bs can be processed year round unlike capped H1bs. My employer is not sure if he can proceed with submitting the petition. As I understand the ban is only on visa stamping and entry correct? USCIS will still process the petition, correct? Or will USCIS refuse to accept the petition? If USCIS processes the petition and I receive the notice of approval by October 2020 (employer agreed to premium processing), when is the earliest I can get my visa stamped and enter the US?
