Hello, I am currently on H1B that has been extended twice for 3 years already, and we filed another extension that got approved for 1 year. My employer messed up my previous PERM application, and filed a new one in March last year. However, my PERM is still pending and H1B is due to expire in 6 months. The employer says the cannot file for another H1B extension. What happens if PERM does not gets approved before H1 expires? What happens in PERM is rejected? What are my options? Thanks.
