Current H4-EAD is expiring by 01/19/23. We filed H1B & H4 extension petition together on 7/31/22 and now both petitions has been approved but we filed H4-EAD (C26) later on (8/15/22) and still it is under review, can H4-EAD candidate eligible for auto renewal policy? Now a days it takes more than 6 months to get the EAD card in hand so just want to check if we have H4 petition extension approved (not Visa) can we work without EAD card after 01/19/23 if EAD still under review by USCIS? I have approved I-140 (priority date: 12/17) & H1-B (until : 8/22) with current employer. Recently I renew my spouse H4-EAD (until: 8/22) Now I am planning to change job (H1-B transfer), 1. Do I need to renew H4-EAD again as H4 is also going to renew 2. As my new employer will take time to apply new I-140, until that can my spouse (EAD) can work with current EAD (until : 8/22)?
