Hi All, I have approved I-140 under EB2 category from Employer A with the priority date DEC-2015. Moved to Employer B in OCT-2019, PERM process is still in progress (very slow). Employer A withdrawn I-140 in JAN-2020. After today's April visa bulletin, dates moved to SEP-2014 for EB2, what if my priority date is current and my PERM process is still in process? 1. Can i still extend my H1b using I-140 (from employer A) to continue maintaining status until PERM process completes or i have to wait for PERM process outcome, which decides validity of my stay? 2. Any deadline for filing I-485 after priority date is current? 3. Any other option? Your quick response is appreciated. Thanks, Ramakrishna D

Few of my friends went India with same scenario for getting stamped and they got it successfully, not sure about anyone got stamped in Canada with this scenario
