1. My I140 got Approved with Employer A and my PD is Dec 2015. I moved to Employer B couple of years back and they filed my I140 in EB3 in May 2021 and it is still in processing. I'm seeing the I140's filed in regular processing are taking forever to get processed. If my Date becomes current in November'21 or Dec'21, Can I still apply for I485, I765 and Advance Payroll with my 140 is still in processing? or Do I need to wait Until for my I140 approval to file for I485, I765 and Advance Payroll? 2. Considering my PD Dec'2015 is it advisable to convert my 140 to premium or to wait in normal processing? Thank you in Advance!
