Hello, I was working for my previous employer for 10 years. Employer filed a green card in EB2. I got a 7th year to 10th year extension with my previous employer. I changed employers in 2022. New employer can start the green card process. Should PERM be filed and I -140 approved with a new employer within 1st 3 years of H1B-extension? Can I get another H1-B extension with my current employer if the PERM and I -140 process is not complete within 3 years after I joined in 2022? Can I change jobs again without completing the PERM and I-140 process with the current employer I joined in 2022? Thanks.

Hello, I have two questions regarding H1B extension. 1) For My H1B , Job posting was done at home office address because of pandemic. Does USCIS approve H1B if job posting is done at home office address? 2) I am single and working on H1B for past 9 years. I-140 approved. I have not travelled outside USA for past 4 years. Does employer need to submit I-539 extension of stay with I-129 H1B extension application? OR Is I-539 form required to file with dependents (H-4) I-539A? Is I-539 form not required for H1B extension renewal if H1B applicant is single and already working on H1B ? Thanks, NSD

Hello, I have filed DS 160 form and submitted online. I can not travel outside USA for 6 months. What should I do? I have not paid visa fees . I have not taken visa appointment. If I travel after 8 months on new H1B extension , Can visa officer deny my visa because I filed ds 160 in past and did not travel? Please let me know.
