    Hi,My attorney filled I-140 (Regulars- Eb3) with my EAD/GC in last year October 2020. I did not get any response so I filled I-140 in premium in August. USCIS generate the RFE but my attorney has been saying that they have not received it. The attorney has reached out to USCIS twice but no response it's been more than 2 months and I started worried coz my GC date is current too.I'm kind of stuck so can someone please help me what should I do?
