    Hi My wife H4 is approved on August 1, 2019. USCIS did not mail the h4-I 797 approval document. Can anyone tell us how long should we wait for the document and is there any other way to request USCIS to send the document? Thanks

    Hi, My wife H4-EAD was approved on August 1, 2019 and card was mailed on Aug 2 by USCIS. USPS delivered EAD card to the wrong address on Aug 6 and she lost her card now. But I-766 EAD approval copy is received by us. When we contacted USCIS about this, they said to apply it again by a new application and go for biometric (which again takes many months of processing). Is there any other way to get EAD card other than going for a new application. Thanks
