  1. @SKDallas - Yes, As long as you are travelling before the Visa Expiration it should be good. Provided you are able to carry all the required documentation to get through POE at US Border.
  2. @TamilA - If your client can give you a letter, carry that as well. No one can know on what basis they would get 221G it's not, Also there is no hard and fast rule which says these information/document will avoid 221G. It's at VO's discretion and DOES NOT DEPEND on documents you carry. All the Best !!
  3. @hellosrpm - If your relative has not worked on H1-B at all meaning he did not have any Payslips from petitioning employer then he would not be able to transfer to new employer. Employer B has to file his petition in lottery again and if it will be approved then he can work. Please consult with a immigration lawyer to better understand the process
  4. As long as you carry a valid passport to Visa Interview it should be fine. If you are not comfortable doing that, you can renew it and apply for visa stamping.
  5. @MMohit - Yes. You can get stamping done with your approved petition. Regrading your drop box eligibility, you will know that once visa appointment booking process has been started by you.
  6. New employer should file H1-B petition again and once it is approved, You can enter United States with Visa stamp from old employer. Make sure to carry all the necessary documentation from your new employer to support your case at POE.
  7. You can travel, Make sure to carry proper documentation showing that you will be working for new employer if asked at POE.
  8. @Guest@9569 - You can go to any country for Visa Stamping as long as it's borders have been opened.
  9. As long as any employers are willing to sponsor for your H1, You can def re-use it and with approved I-140 can continue getting extensions
  10. You should not have any problems using your existing I-140 and getting H1-B extension.
  11. Hello @shirish_sahu - While filing your H1-B petition, Your employer can list 2 addresses on LCA and you can work from those locations without any issues. It will also doesn't create any complications for your travel/Visa Stamping.
  12. You need to produce your latest I-797 at Port of Entry and make sure they give you the I94 based on what you have in the petition.
  13. You need to hire an immigration attroney and they will work on your employee's case for filing NIV.
  14. @Rachit - I don't think you will have a valid H1B now, It was filed by your first employer and you did not travel to United States to work. Filing vs working are 2 different things.
  15. Check this out https://www.uscis.gov/archive/uscis-draft-guidance-when-file-amended-h-1b-petition-after-simeio-solutions-decision and see if you are under the qualifying criteria.
