Hi All, I got my NIW approved in 2018. I have some questions hope to get help with: Does changing jobs in the same field affect the NIW approval in any way? Does changing teams within the same organization in the same field but at a different location (different state) affect NIW approval? How can I update my contact information (address, phone number) for correspondence? Does NIW I-797 need to be transferred to a different NVC if one moves to a different state? For example, moving from WA to TX. Currently my case is with Department of State National Visa Center(NVC), 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth, NH -3901-2909 Thanks in advance!

Hi, I got my H1B amendment for location change approved recently for the same company. For how long can I stay at my current location before moving to the approved location? Will Covid situation have any bearing on the timeframe one can stay at the current location? Thanks

Hi, I am planning to get my H1B visa stamp in Vancouver, Canada early next year. I went there in 2017 as well for the same. I want to make sure that the Canada visa granted that time (No. of entrees in the passport- Multiple) will be valid for this travel as well or do I need to get another one (Canada visa)?
